Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Titan ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Titan is a workout tracking application available on iOS, Android, web, and other platforms. The Service allows you to log workouts, track progress, follow training programs, and connect with other users.
Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Upload malicious content or spam
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
Subscriptions and Payments
Titan offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the relevant app store.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including workout data, photos, and comments. By submitting content, you grant Titan a license to store, display, and process that content as needed to operate the Service.
Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms including Apple Health, ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI assistants via MCP. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@titangymapp.com.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Titan is not a medical or fitness professional and does not provide medical advice. Consult a healthcare provider before starting any exercise program.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titan and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
